Truths, Lies, Realities and Stories: An exploration of the relational impact on and from the ‘demonic’ and ‘idealised’ other

A residential learning journey of discovery of the psyche and its relatedness to these archetypes, explored in different contexts with Helena Hargaden TSTA (P) and Rosemary Napper TSTA (O&E&C)

2–4 December 2011

This learning opportunity is for psychotherapists, organisational consultants, group facilitators and others with a profound interest in developing their understanding of the unconscious processes within themselves, other individuals and groups through a relational lens.

It will be held in a beautiful country house on a hill near the Thames, with log fires and organic food, near High Wycombe off the M40, less than an hour from London. There will shared en-suite rooms or single rooms without a bathroom. The cost will be in the region of £400, including all meals and payable to TAworks.

We will draw on the techniques of improvisation and play, including social dreaming, plus inputs from a broad spectrum of contemporary theories from transactional analysis and other perspectives within a relational framework. Pre-course reading will be suggested. Personal work will be encouraged in order to bring alive the mysteries revealed by constellated non-verbal experience.

A capacity to reflect upon the meanings of your feelings and the willingness to express these, as well as tolerate others is essential in order to participate effectively as an individual and as a group.

Please express your interest as soon as possible as places will be limited, to: helenahargaden27@hotmail.com or Rosemary.Napper@TAmatters.com

Please then book by printing out and posting our workshop booking form with a non-returnable cheque for £100.
